To all MXO2 users,

If you experience issues (ex. missing Matrox presets, unable to playback clips, no output) within Adobe Premiere Pro or Encore in CS5/CS6, please try the following:

In order to have access to the Matrox presets/player in Adobe Premiere Pro/Encore, make sure that MXO2 is not selected as the audio input or output device in your Mac OS sound settings (System Preferences > Sound) before opening Adobe Premiere Pro/Encore. Once the application is open, keep MXO2 audio disabled in the Mac OS sound settings to ensure proper functionality with MXO2. (Ref# 56018, 57588)
