I posted this in another section for added features, I hope it is OK to post it here as well
I called Matrox support yesterday and talked to Joe. I want to sing his praises!! I asked Joe if there was any way to capture from my MXO2-LE Max and have the capture software start at a specified day and time. I would like to see this as a possible add on to the capture software by the way.
Joe said, "not at this time". But, for the next 3 hours Joe came up with some extremely creative solutions to help me overcome my problem for now. From running a task scheduler to an automated scheduled mouse clicker and logging movement software. Either he enjoyed the challenge or he was bored...
We fuss at company support teams very often. It's a thankless job, just like a lot of our technical jobs we all have, so we know how it feels. I want to publicly acknowledge the great support I received from Joe and the Matrox support team yesterday. Keep it up guys!! |
