Premire Pro CS6 crashes every time I multitask away from it

Just like the topic says, every time I swtich to another application besides Premire Pro CS6, the application freezes/crashes. I get the following error message:

Adobe Premire Pro CS6 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is availible.

Windows 8 machine w/ a Matrox MX02 connected.

Posted the same question over at the Adobe forums and got the classic ask someone else response Rolling Eyes

i had the same issue - seems to have gone away, possible to do with updating my Quadra graphics drivers?

Please note the Mtx.utils software does not officially support Windows 8. Currently, only the Mtx.utils 7.1.0.1294 software drivers provide beta support only for Windows 8 64-bit.

Thanks for the update. The NVIDIA graphic card update may have been it!
