In response to the questions regarding the new Matrox HDMI Calibration utility with respect to YUV vs RGB settings, the blue-only option, and other inquiries, please read the following:
HDMI monitors display RGB natively. Even when playing out a YUV timeline and outputting a YUV HDMI signal, the monitor will convert the YUV signal to RGB internally, before displaying it on the monitor.
In order to minimize the risk of this conversion process that may occur by different monitors, Matrox converts the YUV signal to an RGB signal and then sends it out to your monitor already properly converted and calibrated, when you use the "RGB-calibrated" option available for the MXO2 product line.
The new Matrox calibration utility is much improved over the previous version (that merely had a blue-only option), and now it encompasses a better variety of options for calibration purposes.

I hope this helps!
