Avid Media Composer 5 with Mojo and MXO2 Mini compatibility

Dear customer,

It has been recently brought to our attention that customers who use Avid Media Composer 5 may experience a compatibility issue when the Avid Mojo and the Matrox MXO2 mini are connected to the system/laptop at the same time. The issue is that Media Composer does not detect the MXO2 mini when the Mojo unit is also connected to the system. We have brought this issue to Avid's attention and will advise you as soon as we have additional information.

For the moment, if you need to use both units we recommend that you only use one unit at a time, disconnecting the other unit from the system/laptop when not in use.
