Are you still in business? I have been calling the customer support number (which BTW is an international call from the US), and I keep getting a recorded message that tells me I will be transferred to a voicemail box because no representatives are available. I am never transferred, however, and there apparently is no other way to talk to an operator or anyone else at Matrox.

I hope you will respond here.

We apologize for the problems you are having getting through our phone system. we are currently doing some phone tests to see if we can rectify the issue.
