My 3rd monitor, the DVI out, stopped working after we unplugged everything during a storm. I get prompted to install the matrox audio/video device when booting, but it can't find the software needed to install. I have so many disks from when Safe Harbor built my workstation years ago and I've tried inserting a few and no luck....I can't remember the process to set this up. Any suggestions? I'm sure this is really easy fix, but I'm drawing a blank.

Hi Kelly,

Can you confirm what RT.X2 driver and Adobe verison you are running?
What is your OS version and system specs?

Is the RT.X2 powered and functional?
Can you verify in Device Manager if there are any unknown errors or warnings?
Can you verify how many devices are listed under Matrox Audio/Video Devices?

Have you tried uninstalling the RT.X2 software, redownloading and reinstalling it? Verify your RT.X2 driver version by following the download wizard here: http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/downloads/

Please let us know your results.

Ok, so I unplugged some monitors, rebooted again, then shut down, then changed some monitors again and boot up and things worked.
