Hi drakov666?,
Can you confirm your RT.X2 serial number so we can access your profile? You can reply back the serial number via private message through our forum or email us at rtx2support@matrox.com to the attention of Sam.
As for issues you are encountering, can you confirm your system
motherboard PCIe slot configuration?
Have you tried loading BIOS defaults?
Do you have any 3rd-party hardware cards installed? ie. 3rd-party sound card?
Are you running the latest ATI graphic card, audio and chipset drivers for your motherboard?
Please try clearing the Adobe preferences by just holding down the Control+Alt+Shift keys immediately after you launch Premiere from the Start menu program. If that does not work, please try holding down the Shift key only while launching Premiere.
Have you tried re-installing the RTX2 drivers following the steps below:
- uninstall the current RTX2 drivers
- download and right-click the Mtx.utils exe file and select Properties. Under the General tab, click unblock (at the bottom) if it is seen.
- Make sure the UAC option is turned off (set to Never Notify in Windows 7 settings) before running the RTX2 setup * may need to reboot
To disable UAC option or set it to Never Notify in Windows 7, please follow this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/975787
- Run Mtx.utils setup and then make sure a full reboot and power cycle is performed (after install is complete, shutdown PC, wait several secons and then power up the PC)
- re-enable UAC option if needed
***Verify Device Manager for any unknown devices or errors.
Please let us know your results. _________________ Regards,
Sam
