I looked at your other posts, and if you are saying that when you go to "File > Export > Adobe Media Encoder", that you do NOT have any option for "MPEG-2 for DVD" then the Adobe install is probably bad.
To verify, create a new Adobe project using a native preset like "DV" (not a Matrox preset) and see what the export options are. If no MPEG-2 for DVD, then you would probably need to uninstall Adobe, run Adobe Cleaner, and reinstall Adobe and Matrox drivers. Are you certain that you are not running Adobe software in TRIAL mode? That often lacks many options.
