hey i found this tip while searching for a crash remedy on cs4!!
importerprocessserver kept giving me truoble,
basicly if you have this problem ,crack open any project or matrox
find the services and set the priority from normal to high...
i was able to keep premiere from closing when theres an error and save then close instead of close automaticly with out saving..
