If you are experiencing field inversion issues on playback with PAL DV footage in a Matrox PAL DV sequence, please try to change the Field Order of your clip through Adobe Premiere CS5's Interpret Footage functionality.

You can right-click the PAL DV clip in Premiere's Project bin, select Modify > Interpret Footage and under the Field Order > Conform to list, select Upper Fields First.
