I know this question was asked before. I just got CS4 and was wondering how to create best quality SD DVD from HDV project. I have Jeff Pulera's DVD, but it was for CS3. Is there anything new in CS4? Please share your experience.

Also, there is no Export to Movie option anymore, right? I could not find Matrox MPEG-2 I-Frame either...
