Blurry Video when exporting to NTSC DVD

If you experience blurry Video when you export a Matrox NTSC sequence to MPEG-2 format for DVD using Adobe Media Encoder, export your sequence as follows:

1. In the project that you want to export, create a new sequence using an Adobe DV-NTSC preset.

2. Drag your Matrox sequence from the Project panel to the new Adobe sequence.

3. Use Adobe Premiere Pro's Motion effect to change the Position settings of the sequence by one pixel up or down (for example, from 360, 240 to 360, 239).

4. Export the Adobe sequence using the MPEG2-DVD format and any NTSC preset.
