CS4 and Matrox is there development synergy

I'm starting to see beta's appearing on the Adobe Labs site, no Premier as of yet but the time will come, so my question, is Matrox working in synergy with Adobe Labs for a unified released of Matrox Tools when a CS4 version ships or is Matrox going to be playing catch-up?

Not that I'm a real early adopter but it would be very frustrating to be in a situation where the Matrox tools aren't ready after say 6 months from ship date of the new version, whenever that comes.
