| In a hurry to complete something, I had the choice of RTX100 or RTX2. I chose the RTX 100 simply because it would allow me to create and edit my effects and moves in a simple way. I'm not sure what the technical requirements are to recreate the RTX100 effects interface for the RTX2 - but I will pay money for this. The speed of the new RTX2 machine would make loading the RTX100 interface so quick there would be no "waiting" as might have been the complaint with the RTX100. The Matrox interface is vastly superior to the Adobe key frame interface. With the RTX100 I tried to NEVER use the Adobe effects or interface. I wonder if enough people would show an interest in paying for this - it might get done. I have heard there is a huge technical difference the way the RTX2 processes data so I'm not sure this can be done. I wonder if this is worth paying for to the RTX2 community? |

I dunno I think Matrox leveraged the adobe effects and interface so much so, it's not something they can just toss in..
However, while this will be moved to feature requests/enhancements most likely. I would suggest they release a Effects Add-On Plugin specifically for the RT.X2 and have it work much like Red Giants new Movie Looks Interface. |
