Hi guys,

I've been trying to log into the forum to leave a review in the User Testimonials (don't worry its most positive) but I can get in there. I tried "registering" but there's no RtX2 or ever Axio in the drop down list.

Let me know I can sign up. My old X100 username was johnhess001@hotmail.com

Thanks.

Hi John, if you are trying to post on the RT.X2 forum, you need to have a registered RT.X2 product, otherwise, the only place where you can post is in the Pre-Purchase section. If you already have an RT.X2, please click here to register your product.

Thanks,

B.C.

Hi Bassel,

I've purchased the Matrox RTx2... Installed it... registered it... got my certification form with my System Identification Number...

But I still can't "log in" to your forum to leave you guys positive feedback!!

Maybe I just don't know my username and password....

How can I retrieve that?

Hi John,

I had the same challenge. You must create a totally new forum registration for rt.x2. rt.x100 forum registration does not transfer.

To obtain a logon for this forum you need to register on the axio board at this link (selecting the option "I have my 6-digit system registration number"

https://www.matrox.com/video/register/update_profile/axio/home.cfm

That should get you going....

Cheers, vspete

Thanks for the help,

I finally got in by re-registering the card and noting the username I used.

Thanks

John, you may want to post your testimonial on the General Discussion section since no one but registered users can access the section you posted in.

I am a happy X2 user but I can't register because my system is not validated.

I don't know if it ever will be? I think Matrox is closing the door on many sales because of insisting that you must use their approved hardware. There are many options that will work with the X2 that we will never see on the list of recommended hardware.

just my 2 cents worth!
