Hi muna,
There is no current support for Windows 7 32-bit operating system.
However, with the latest CS4/Mx.tools 4.2.1 drivers, we do support Windows 7 64-bit OS.

There are no current plans to support Windows 7 32-bit, however, we will move your post to our Product Feature section as a feature request.
