Matrox RTX100 and premiere 6.5 audio glitch problems

Hi,
I have some trouble with my system.
As the object I got audio glitch after video editing on the video file.
My system is :

M/B : Asus P4C800 Deluxe
Video : Matrox Pharelia AGP
1GB Ram DDR 400MHz
Pentium 4 3.0GHz @ 800MHz
Matrox RTX.100

I found on the net users with same problem and someone say "probably the sampling rate of the project file in premiere is different from that in file" but in my case the sampling rate is the same!
Does this problem may be caused by audio drivers that cause conflit in premiere (in windows, if I watch a video I have no audio problem at all!)?
The on board audio is ADI AD1985 SoundMAX 6-channel but set to 2 channel.
Please help me because I have no clues, I tried everything, every video but the problem stills remain...
