-New Mac Pro six-core, 24 GB memory

Are you currently experiencing crashes with Avid Symphony or Media Composer 6.0.1?
Please note our 3.0 drivers are not designed or tested with Symphony.

Both. Symphony and MC use the same code, with some chunks turned on or off in one or the other.

At what point do you get crashes? Are there any specific scenarios or steps to reproduce the crash?

What project format and clips are being used within Avid?
Have you tried running the latest Avid MC6 update, 6.0.1.1?

The above error happened randomly on MC 6.0.1.1, then on Symphony 6.0.1.1. An AMA project with ProRes timeline...

I have since installed the beta driver, no longer get the MatroxCoreMediaAssistant crash.
