Hello
is there a way to make the output volume of my MXO2 mini Max Higher.
to hear something which modulate great on the vuemeter of Avid, I need to put my speakers to the maximum, which add some blow...
I tried In Avid settings to add 6db to output, but this is not enough...
and when I swich to my computer sound card, the sound is great,
but I'd prefer to use monithoring with my MXO2 and use the the sound which I'm sure is synchrone.
I'm working on Avid Media Composer 5.5.3,
I have a MXO2 mini Max
I work on MacPro under SnowLeopard 10.6.8
I use MXO2 Mini Max software 2.5.0.0034
Thanks for your help

All volume control is done either in the editing application or through connecting the audio outputs to a mixer or set of self-amplified speakers.
Is this an issue with just certain video clips or all clips? Is it possible some of these clips were simply recorded with a low audio level? _________________ Regards,

I found the problem finally,
Before I used a mixer and I had no problems, then I tried to connect my MXO2 directly to the speaker, but there are two inputs on my speakers, and I tried to use both at the same time, one for the mxo2 and one for the computer, and after searching I found that when I connect things to the two inputs, it works 50% of each sound power, so I have to disconnect the second input to have the first full power.
anyway thanks for your help |
