Did you perform a full uninstall of your CS5 and MXO2 driver first before installing CS6 followed by the new driver?

Yes Andrew,
I contacted teck support and they took control of my computer and sorted the video output by reloading the Matrox drivers and a few tweeks in CS6, however the audio out to my monitor is still not working although it showing working in Premiere and Audio output In preferences playback I have selected Matrox Player also in Audio Hardware I have selected Digital Audio HDMI but still not working.

Thanks for your quick responce.

Best Regards,
John.

Are you taking audio from the sound card on your computer or via the Matrox hardware?

Andrew (not that I am too familiar with the Mojito)

Its through the Monitor via Matrox using a HDMI cable, it now works only when I close CS6 down and restart it, and even then to do a simple PIP causes the red bar on the time and the project has to be rendered, the slightest minulapation of the video and it requires rendering.

Might be worth phoning tech support on that one. Easier to do a Q&A back and forth on the phone instead of typing.

Hi John,

Glad to hear your initial issue has been resolved. For your audio issue, how are you outputting via the MXO2 unit? ie . HDMI out of Mini to your HDMI monitor or RCA out of Mini to set of speakers?

Can you try the following steps? :
1. Open Premiere and load your project.
2. Click on the following menu items: Edit -> Preferences -> Playback
3. For Audio Device, select 'Matrox Player' to output the audio through the MXO2 audio output connectors. For output through your sound card, select 'Audio Desktop Audio'.

Please let us know your results.
