Is there any difference between MXO2 devices and Mojito MAX, except different input/output options mentioned there http://www.matrox.com/video/media/pdf/products/mxo2/en_compare_models.pdf.

So is there only I/O difference or has there any perfomance or features difference also in capture/output/conversion if comparing MXO2 Max devices and Mojito MAX? Excluding difference that some of are internal or external devices and some can run off field battery and include genlock.

Hello Margus and thank you for your interest in Matrox products. As you have pointed out in the chart http://www.matrox.com/video/media/pdf/products/mxo2/en_compare_models.pdf there are some I/O differences. The Matrox MXO2 family of products and the Matrox Mojito MAX have the same chip sets, the difference is the MXO2 products are an external hardware that can work with the Thunderbolt and ExpressCard/34 adapters, as well as in a tower with the PCIe adapter. The versitility to take these products on site and in the field is what seperates them. For someone who just wants to work on a Tower you get all the power and capabilities at a lower cost with the Matrox Mojito MAX.

regards,
