I am on 6.0.3.

I have the same crashes when mark in out a region and hitting X.

This was the same at 6 and went away by 6.0.1.

This with MXO2 Mini connected.

Providing support for 6.5 doesn't help 6.0.3 issues.

Hi George,

Can you confirm your MXO2 driver version? ie 6.1.0.100
Are you running with Media Composer or Symphony?
Please confirm your system specs. OS version, motherboard, graphic etc..

What are your Avid sequence and clip settings? ie codec format, frame rate/size?
Are you importing the file directly or via AMA plugin?

Please detail your steps so we can confirm the same steps when troubleshooting the issue in house.

Zalman 600W/Asus P8Z68 Deluxe(Gen3)/i7 2600K@4.5/Corsair 16G DDR3/PNY Quadro 2000D(275.89)/WD VelociRaptor 300@10K(OS)/ 2x1TB Samsung F1@RAID 0/LG BH10LS30/W7 Pro 64bit/Symphony 6.0.3/Matrox MXO2 Mini/2xHP 22'' Monitors/M-Audio AV30 Speakers

The Matrox driver you mention.

6.0.3 is really not good when it is compared to 6.0.1.1.

I am not sure if this is MXO2 fault.

Hi George,

Thank you for detailing your system specs. Can you confirm the following?:
What are your Avid sequence and clip settings? ie codec format, frame rate/size?
Are you importing the file directly or via AMA plugin?

Please detail your steps so we can confirm the same steps when troubleshooting the issue in house. We want to confirm if this is an Avid or Matrox issue.

HDV but as for the MXO2 Mini 1920x1080 50i project.
I have the project format at 1440x1080 at Matrox WYSIWYG.
The files are captured HDV files from firewire.

We cannot seem to reproduce the issue in house. Would it be possible to send us the clip which reproduces the issue? We can send you our ftp information via PM so you can upload the file (s).

To set Video Output settings through MXO2 unit, you will need to access Avid's Hardware Output tool. The MXO2 WYSIWYG Control Panel applies only to 3rd-party WYSIWYG applications such as After Effects, Lightwave etc..
