AVIDDVEDITOR (MXO2 Mini with MAX)

Digged through all the FAQ's and user forum for any suggestions but I've tried my Matrox MXO2 Mini on two seperate systems (Mac Pro and a Mac Book Pro) and can't see any power indicator on the box.
I've checked to see if the Mac can see the hardware at all and it doesn't show up.
I really think its the power supply. I've had the unit since October of last year and haven't used it for months until recently.
Where can I go to obtain warranty information and return? Was trying to avoid a phone call.
Please help!
