Yes, Matrox MAX / CompressHD supports accelerated H264 encoding for resolutions from 32?32 all the way up to 4094?2047 (and the horizontal value must be an even number).

Apologies Alham, on re-reading I'm thinking I may have missed the intent of your question, and my answer may also be easily misconstrued ... those extents I noted are with specific regard to the supported source video frame sizes (ie 32x32 pixels up to 4094x2047 pixels) ... the supported target frame sizes (encoded pixels) are between 64x64 pixels up to 1920x1080 pixels only.
