Matrox MXO2 and AV tolls problem with win10

Matrox AV tolls frequently brake and dont respond after several minutes in win 10. The same is with Premiere (I use last updates for win 10 v.2004 and for quadro graphic )
The message I receive "update the firmware or contact the manufacturer"
Your message to use win 8.1 drivers and you received user confirmation that they are running successfully on platforms with Win 10 is debatable. It depends on whether these users are seriously using the MXO2 Mini Max.
For you as a serious company with a long-standing reputation, there is NO EXCUSE to stop supporting the MXO MAX series. So spend a little money and do a firmware and driver update for Win 10. You are in a moral obligation to many of your longtime users. How to buy your new products if they will not have support in the future. Sincerely, Dr. Mihajlo Dodic.
