I have to say how totally flabbergasted I am at the decision of Matrox not to provide drivers or codec for windows 10.
We have many years of archive projects using the Matrox codec which we need to access so are unable to move to the new OS.
I feel totally let down by Matrox and would love to know how you can justify this ridiculous decision. |

We have had some users try out our latest 8.0.0.15342 drivers on Windows 10 and were successful. If you decide to try it out, please make sure to have a backup for your current OS, ie Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 64-bit.
You can review our forums for users who are working successful with 8.0 drivers and Windows 10.
We can also advise our product management team regarding your request for Windows 10 support. Please see this additional post for further information: http://forum.matrox.com/mxo/viewtopic.php?t=14501 _________________ Regards,

Hi Matrox,
Our company streams live events for healthcare and education and we have 6 MX02 Mini Capture Devices and use Windows 7. Our company is upgrading to Windows 10.
Why don't you support Windows 10?
You're going to force us to use products from other companies if you don't get with the program and offer a Windows 10 driver. I can see that this is an issue for your other customers as well.
Hopefully, you make it happen.
Thanks,
TK |

Hi TK,
As stated, we have received positive feedback from users who have gone ahead and installed our latest MXO2 8.0 drivers in Windows 10.
As mentioned in the other thread (linked above), the decision to end driver support for MXO2/MojitoMAX/CompressHD was a difficult one made by our project management team in order to focus attention on other areas and development of new video technologies. One of the results has been a full line of standalone streaming and recording products: Monarch HD, Monarch HDX, and new Monarch LCS. Other results will come soon. _________________ Regards,

Matrox MXO2 Mini with MAX working great on my Windows 10 machine with Premiere CS6, Premiere CC2019, and CC2020. See this post in Adobe forum. https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/matrox-mxo2-le-max-drivers-adobe-premiere-2017/td-p/8642229?page=1 Good luck. |
