Best Matrox MXO2 Mini MAX users.
Yesterday, after starting up my Windows 7 Pro in conjunction with Adobe CC2015, I get a popup with firmware update Matrox MXO2 Mini MAX. I had no choice to click yes or no.
it just started to update. Confused

At the same time the red light starts in the mini MAX blinking irregularly.
The update bar extends up status 1 of 2, 2 of 3 and so on up to 4 of 4.
There he hangs at 100% and nothing happens anymore.
What is going on here?

Because I did not trust I put off the PC after 30 min.
Then reboot and now nothing does work anymore.
Everything freezes.

I uninstall all off the Matrox drivers and effectpaterns and then re-installed the latest versions.
After restart the Matrox red light continues to flash in the matrox mini MAX and nothing does work anymore.
Once I loose coupling my mini MAX, I may start the laptop again and everything works fine again. But without the Matrox mini Max.

Can someone help me with team viewer.
Because I'm in the middle of a project I need to finish this weekend.
I understand really nothing at all of this problem and I really need help.
At the forum, I cannot find anything back so quickly. Please help me. Crying or Very sad

Hi Stef,

Can you make sure a full reboot and power cycle is performed (after install is complete, shutdown PC, disconnect MXO2 power for several seconds, reconnect power of MXO2 and then power up the PC) ? See if this helps.

What is the status of the MXO2 LED? Solid, blinking or fading in and out?
