Hi Matrox support team,
I did every thing step by step to install Matrox plug-in manually as reported on the instructions, and it worked, but I can' t find a way to have matrox folder in the Video Effects, so I don't have any Matrox video effects except of Matrox Wipes as transitions.
Btw I would suggest to add to the instruction to copy Matrox Effects Badge Icons too.
Please let me know if you have a solution, to fix this.
I uploaded a screen shot to show you where the matrox effects are at the moment and it should be the right place.
If you want have look this is the link: https://1drv.ms/i/s!Auw8pojD-tpmi5wd-qKP0a9JXStpUw
Thanks

Hi Mark,
Can you try clearing Adobe preferences and cache?
To restore default preference settings and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. _________________ Regards,

Hi Sam,
thanks very much!!!!!
I always suggest to everyone to hold Shift-Alt while Premiere is starting to solve strange problems, but i didn't figured that could help in my case because was a fresh installation of Adobe CC 2015.3.
Following your suggestion it worked.
Btw there is a way to manual install WYSIWYG on the other application like After Effects?
Thanks again for your help
Best Regards

Yes, the newer After Effects version requires transmit to be enabled.
Glad to hear all is working well! _________________ Regards,
