Hi ,

does somebody if there is a a firmware update in the pipe to use
matrox mxo2mini and Apple`s MAC OS Sierra, 10.12.2 and the latest FinalCutPro X?

Sierra is not supported. See this post for the announcement we made regarding driver support for the MXO2 line: http://forum.matrox.com/mxo/viewtopic.php?t=14381
