Vladymyr, please also make sure you are running the latest Mtx.utils 7.7.2.2018 drivers.

In addition, note that AVCHD codec is demanding on CPU and is not decoded by GPU. Therefore, if you are running several layers of AVCHD footage with CC (also CPU based effect), then you may get drop frames based on CPU performance. Verify task manager while playing back your sequence. Try single layer, and build on that, adding extra layer to see threshold point.
