I have an HD-SDI at 720p59.94 source feeding the MX02 LE
Is it possible to capture at 720p in Premiere and run S-Video out of the box for a live feed? I can't seem to make both happen, any help is appreciated.

The MXO2 can only output the exact same format as is detected at the input. Therefore, you cannot output to S-Video (or Composite) since your format is HD. However you can monitor your output via HDMI, SDI, or Component.
If your input was SD, then you could output to S-Video.

You're welcome. Although scaling is not possible during capture sessions, you can scale your output upon playback from your editing software. For example, you can setup a HD output through hdmi and SD through S-video.
