Great question abahmer.
As you know the Rtx2 series has been replaced with our MXO2 line. The Mojito is the MXO2 but in a pci-e card instead of an external box.
With cameras, the days of firewire have switched over to tapeless.
With the Rtx2 series, people used to capture via the firewire port on the breakout box, which led to the firewire port of the computer.
MXO2 does not have a firewire port. Same with the Mojito. You need to make sure your computer has a firewire port, or it does not, then make sure your desktop has a firewire pci-e card.
If the camera has analog cables, like component, (red green blue and 2 audio cables white and red) you can use those instead and go direct to your RTx2, MXO2 or the Mojito card.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
Regards
