Regarding problem 1, are you trying to stream (which is supported)? Or are you trying to stream and record (which is not supported)?

Regarding problem 2, please uninstall the Matrox driver and try to open/close Wirecast. Does it still give the same problem when trying to exit the application?


Regarding problem 1, I am not doing anything. no streaming or recording to disk!!!

Regarding problem 2, same thing. Still the same problem.

For problem 1: What is your video source and format? Do you have a signal connected to all 8 inputs of the VS4 cards?

For problem 2: This indicates the problem is not related to the Matrox software. Maybe try to uninstall Wirecast then reinstall. Verify that the version is 4.3.1.

Jose, I have been through this 100 time.

YES to all 8 inputs!!!. ALL 8 input are 1080i HD!. All the same.

I have recovered the OS from an image, installed wirecast and then the MX tools.

I am waiting for a call for this to be resolved!

I called, there was no answer. I left a voice message. I will try again now.

Also, what is the video input frame rate? Is it 50fps?
