Hi,

The MXO2 3.3 release does not provide the Matrox Vetura Capture and Playback applications. You will need to install the MXO2 2.6.1 release drivers for Vetura support.

You mean we have to go back to the old version to use fortune? This is absurd! However, I tried it and the CS6 does not work with 2.6.1 driver!
If Matrox is not able to provide support for this, at least show us a video player that does this job, and a program of acquisition!

The disappointment is so great

The MXO2 2.6.1.0001 driver supports Matrox Vetura Capture and Playback. this software driver had been released December 4, 2012. You can find this driver for download here: http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/downloads/

The 2.6.1 driver does not support Adobe CS6. However, this driver supports FCP 7.0.3, and Adobe CS5.5. The Adobe CS6 software is supported with the MXO2 3.3 software release.

Tech Support does not have this information of Vetura support with Adobe CS6 drivers. Some users have created secondary partition drive to work with multiple drivers.

You can also post any feature requests in our Product Feature section of the forum.

Please can you tell me here the link of the section to ask?

I think it's crazy that is not provided for the update! Crazy forcing customers to make multiple scores on the disc, having to restart the machine every time you want to watch a film finished! incredible!

is Incredible! but you are a professional or have children? how can you let your customers without an updated driver for more than a year? start now to create an information campaign against Matrox!

Please note you can also capture with Adobe CS6. We apologize for any misunderstandings, but Vetura is not supported with 3.3 release. You can capture with Adobe CS6 directly. Hope this information is helpful.

We will move your post to our Product Feature section of the forum. You can also share your opinion in our General Discussion section here: http://forum.matrox.com/mxo/viewforum.php?f=5
