Hi.
I have 2 different Matrox on PC. MXO2 Rack and MXO2 LE and with both I have the same problem with the audio input recording through microphone.

Since I updated to Premiere 215. Now I have many noises with microphone input when recording with premiere pro CC 2015. and with version 2015.2.

Now when recording with Premiere with a Microphone, the audio signal makes some strange noises.
Not constant is random every 6 or 10 seconds.
I changed microphone and everything is still wrong.

I have disk image (Acronis) and with the same microphone I installed CC2014 everything is perfect'.
It seems that in the version for CC 2015 some driver goes bad.
Drivers for Premiere Premier 2015 and 2015.2 are the latest recommended 8.0.0.15342
Can you help me ?

Can you confirm your OS and Matrox software version?

Are you performing a voice-over? Have you followed the steps in the User Guide on page 89-90 : ftp://ftp.matrox.com/pub/video/doc/Matrox%20MXO2%20Installation%20and%20User%20Guide_8.0.pdf

What is the Premiere Preferences > Audio Hardware setting set to?
What is the Windows default audio device set to?

Hi.
The optivative system is Windows 7.
The Matros software is 8.0.0.15342.
Yes, what I am recording is voice-over, and I have done this for over 30 years, before with other systems but for a few years with matrox hardware, I record the voice in Premier, and it is recorded according to the procedure Manual on page 89-90 (No possibility to do otherwise)
It has always been recorded well and when switching to Premier 15.0 or Premiere 15.2 when recording voice-over, the quality is not good.
Every so often there is a crack or distortion over the sound, it is not constant, it is from time to time and it is variable.
In: preferences / audio hadware is in ASIO (As it can not be otherwise)
regards

What is the sequence timeline resolution and frame rate being used for voice-overs?

Thanks for the update. This has been reported to engineering department. Would it be possible to rollback Mtx.utils version to 7.7.2 using Adobe CC2014, since 7.7.2 drivers does not support Adobe CC2015 or higher?

Hi
Usually my sequence is AVC-Intra 100 108i
But also succeeds this problem with other sequences, DV PAL 25.00 fps
And all Matrox, I have tried with different and always the same problem.
Drivers are 8.0.0.15342 Mtx.utils
I have already tested with drivers 7.7.2 Mtx.utils and CC 2104 and everything so perfect.
The problem is in cc2015 and drivers are 8.0.0.15342.

As mentioned, please remain with previous Adobe version.

Hi
I'm still waiting for the engineering department's response.
I've been meaning to go back to CC_2015, so I can work with the audio at the microphone input.
Now I think because I have been paying CC 2015 adobe licenses all these months.
Matrox says it works fine with CC 2015 but this is not quite true.
Who passed the invoice of my cc 2015 that does not serve for Matrox and also these do not give a quick response.
They have already forgotten the customers who have left so much money to Matrox.
Now I think the two cards I have are going to be trashed and never again in my Matriox purchases.
Healthy

Unfortunately, there are no future MXO2 drivers planned: http://forum.matrox.com/mxo/viewtopic.php?t=14381

You can remain with Adobe CC2014 for voice over (using 7.7.2), or use Adobe CC2015 for non-voice over workflows (using 8.0).

I do not like the Matrox support solution.
? They say that Matrox works with Adobe CC 2015 but this is not true.
After buying CC 2015 at the time tell me that to record off of speaker I must stay in CC 2014.
Never again did I buy Matrox product, that's my solution.
