I recently installed CC 2015.3 and began a PP project. My audio output was okay from the outset (occasionally not there, but then there on restart). Now it's gone and I can't get it back. Saw the notes about incompatibility and download for Matrox utilities for Windows. Is there a toolset for Mac users to get MX02 Mini up and running with latest PP?

Have you tried installing the 4.6 drivers and the following plugin instructions mentioned in the forum link? http://forum.matrox.com/mxo/viewtopic.php?t=14601
Did you make sure to install MXO2 drivers after installing and updating Adobe apps?
When using Adobe applications, please set the System Sound > Audio for Input and Output to a non-Matrox audio device.
Can you close Premiere, and verify your System Sound Preferences for Input and Output are not set to Matrox? Set the audio device to a non-Matrox device ie Built in Line Output.
Then open Premiere and verify Audio Hardware in Premiere Preferences is not set to Matrox as well. This setting should be a non-Matrox audio, ie Built in Line Output .
Go to Preferences > Playback and make sure Audio Device is set to Matrox Player and the Video Device is checked to use Matrox Player as well. _________________ Regards,

Thanks, Sam. I'm a registered (though infrequent) user, and my user name and password are not giving me access to the ftp link you supplied. Any suggestions? |

The username and password for the ftp link on forum is not the same as your registered profile.
Have you tried a different browser? Are there any errors?
Is there firewall enabled on your network which might be blocking ftp?
