There are no plans to release a new MXO2 driver for newer releases of Avid as mentioned in this previous posting: http://forum.matrox.com/mxo/viewtopic.php?t=14381

If you decide to upgrade to Avid MC8.6, you can try out the MXO2 4.6 official release drivers.
