Hi , We have mojito max in a pc that we want to use as video conference service using Microsoft Skype .

We are unable to get video in skype ,it only shows green blank screen
Any suggestion for a fix would be much appreciated

Are you on PC or MAC?

We are using PC with Win 7 64bit OS.(windows Enterprise )
We are using Sony SRG 120 DH camera with HDMI output and connect it to Matrox Mojito Max HDMI input
The instruction is simple and we were able to set-up and try all the options in the setting but still no video at all .

Only green blank screen ,
We then downloaded wirecast to test , same issue with wirecast we can only see green blank screen .

However with wirecast ,when selecting inputs on the timeline there are two options showing
1. Matrox AV input , which when selected gives green blank screen , the setting are done using USB camera emulator tried different setting still no video.

2. second option Matrox mojito max AV input (this is the second option available in wirecast ) when selected video comes on in the time line .

With skype ,only option 1 is available , whether it is the input selection issue .

We also tried quick down load of Manycam software as well and it also has option to select camera as Matrox AV input and the result is same green blank screen ,

we also used the Matrox capture software and it picks up video signal o.k

We suspect we are not having option to select the right inputs in skype.

Which Matrox driver version is installed on your system?

What is the video format being output from your Sony camera?

What version of Wirecast are you using?

Suggestion: cleanup wirecast by following this procedure: http://telestream.force.com/kb/articles/Knowledge_Article/Wirecast-Reset-Preferences

What settings are you configuring in the Matrox Webcam Emulator application?

1920?1080p/59.94
1920?1080p/29.97
1920?1080i/59.94

Wirecast version = 6.0.8 (27325) 64 Bit
Did preference reset ,Problem not solved

webcam emulator app setting as follows
video input format = 720p@50fps
video input source =HDMI
Audio input source = XLR
Video frame size = 640x 480
video frame rate =25fps

we have tested with other video input formats ,video frame size and video frame rate combinations .None seems to be working for us

Please run a test by setting the Video Frame Size to 640x360 at 29.97.

If you still don't get a clean image in Skype and continue to have issues with Wirecast, please call us so we can remote in and take a look.

We have tried the resolution but it work .
Wirecast / skype same issue

have set-up team viewer on pC

hope you can log in .
Video source is connected

I also have issue logging in to this forum .
My matrox username password doesnt work , reset password couple of times
but can log in matrox website
