I've been having the same problem of the Matrox Mini Max not being detected by Premiere CC2015 after i did the update. The Matrox was working well with the 2014 version of Premiere. I went thru your suggestions above...still nothing. Suggestions?

Did you make sure to uninstall Matrox software before updating your Adobe software?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Matrox software or Adobe?

Please try these steps:
- uninstall Matrox software
- uninstall Adobe AE
- install Adobe AE
- install Matrox software

There is also the Adobe cleaner tool which some users have used: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
