Hi all,

I start having a problem with my Matrox MXO2 Mini with Max unit.

When I turn the system (computer) off the red light on the MXO2 unit is still ON. This is never happened before. I have 2 machines with the MXO2 unit, and second unit red light is off when the system is off. And today the message pops on the screen

Does anybody experienced this and what does that means and where do I start to fix this problem?

I did not do any changes recently on my system.

If you have any suggestion on how to fix this problem, please let me know.

Thank you.
