Just upgraded to Avid MC 7.0.4.3 from 7.0.4. 1080p/23.98 Project. 2 Cameras. DNx115. USB 3.0 hard drive. Matrox Driver version 4.2.0.
When the multicam is loaded in the source monitor in "4-up" mode, I have to hit play multiple times before the footage actually plays. Sometimes I only have to hit play once. But usually, it will play 1 frame and stop. I have to do this a couple of times before it actually goes.
I confirmed this is a Matrox issue by disabling the hardware and just playing back using the software. No issues.
Reverted back to the 4.1.0 driver and it's still doing it.
Might have to go back to 7.0.4. |

Can you confirm your system specs?
Can you confirm the MXO2 driver version and OS X version?
Have you verified with latest Avid MC 7.0.4.4 update?
Are you playing with Draft, or FULL quality modes?
Please detail your steps so we can verify the issue in house. _________________ Regards,

We have tested this same issue here and have not encountered your issue.
Did you uninstall and reinstall the MXO2 4.2 drivers once you updated the Avid software? _________________ Regards,
