Using PP CC via my Matrox MX02 to an external monitor, however audio is fine but no vision. In the Playback preferences there is only the 3 monitors and Adobe DV.. No mention of Matrox.
As a BTW Avid works fine... |

Regarding the issue you are encountering please provide the following:
- MAC OS X version:
- Premier Pro version:
- Avid version:
- Matrox software version:
If Matrox is not present as Video and Audio device in Playback preferences you will not have any output due to Matrox plug-ins not being detected in Adobe. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the MXO2 driver just make sure you have right driver, compatible with the OS X and supports version of the Adobe CS you are running.
The latest 4.1.0.0019 driver is compatible with OS X Mavericks 10.9.2, Mountain Lion 10.8.5 and Lion 10.7.5 and supports Adobe CC application Premier Pro 7.2.1 as well as Avid MC 7.0.3, 6.5.4.1, 6.0.4 and Avid Symphony 6.5.4.1, 6.0.4.
Please note, if you have any previous version of Adobe CS, CS6, CS5.5 etc. on the system that also could be the reasons for Matrox plug-ins to not get detected.
I hope this helps _________________ Best regards,

Thanks for the feedback.
In Premier Pro Matrox plug-ins are detected?
Go to Premier Pro > Preferences > Matrox is selected as a Video and Audio device? _________________ Best regards,

I get video on HDMI, but nothing on component.
Audio is flakey too. Usually returns after is close premiere and then open premiere again. |

Regarding the issue you encountered please provide the following.
-MXO2 driver?
-Video format of the file, resolution and frame rate?
In Premiere Preferences, verify that your audio Audio Hardware and Audio Output Mapping settings are NOT set to Matrox, you can set it to 'built-in output'.
In order to have access to the Matrox presets/player in Adobe Premiere Pro/Encore, make sure that MXO2 is not selected as the audio input or output device in your Mac OS sound settings (System Preferences > Sound) before opening Adobe Premiere Pro/Encore. Once the application is open, keep MXO2 audio disabled in the Mac OS sound settings to ensure proper functionality with MXO2. _________________ Best regards,
