Just updated to Premiere to the CC 2014 version. Playback through my HD monitor works great with MXO w/ Max--- but, when it's time to call up Media Encoder, and I choose to que up my media, the MXO presets aren't there anymore. Is there something I've missed in setting it up? |

Hi,
What is the Matrox driver version you installed? What is the OS version?
Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Matroxs?
When installing Matrox drivers, did you install them after installing Adobe CC?
To confirm, you are not getting the Mercury Transmit setting in Premiere or After Effects?
Is there an option for Matrox Player?
When removing previous version of Adobe CC, did you use the Adobe Cleaner tool? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
If you still encounter problems after above suggestions, please try:
- uninstalling current Matrox software
- uninstall previous and current Adobe versions, ie some users have used Adobe cleaner tool to thoroughly remove the entire software, even after a reboot of the system: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
- install Adobe CC 2014 + updates if needed
- install Matrox latest 4.2 if on MAC OS or 7.6.0 on Windows platform _________________ Regards,
Sam
