Hi there,
I have been running an MXO on a 8 core 2.8 gHz Mac, OS 10.6.8, and I have suddenly stopped getting picture on my 23' ACD. In previous weeks I have noticed the occasional cycling of that display off then on. As of yesterday I was still getting an image on my ACD but FCP View All Frames stated no hardware found. Same behaviour on my Macbook Pro. Today I stopped getting image on the ACD. I have tried software uninstalls then re-installs back to 2.17 and every attempted hardware upgrade gives an "error" condition. Please advise... |

Does it work in Presentation mode?
If you load up your system profiler, under the USB section, do you see any device listed as 'MXO by Matrox?
Does the blue LED still turn on when you have the a/c power, usb cable, and DVI source connected to the MXO? _________________ Regards,

Power supply failed. Various mysterious glitches until finally the blue light no longer lit. A spare transformer that puts out 5v and 2.8A from an unused USB hub has me up and running again. |
