installing matrox mtxutils 5.0 and cant see matrox sequence

Hi Matrox i installer adobe premiere pro 5.0.0 and installed matrox utils 5.0 and when i open adobe premiere pro i cant see any matrox sequence preset. How can i resolve the problem.

Please update Premiere to 5.0.3, and use Matrox driver 5.1.1.37 for starts

CCPROD, please uninstall current Matrox software and perform the following:
- update all Adobe CS5 applications, Premiere should be 5.0.3: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
- once all updates are completed, install the Mtx.utils 5.1.1 software from downloads page: http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/downloads/

When installing Mtx.utils, make sure to follow the steps below:
- uninstall the current MXO2 drivers
- download and right-click the Mtx.utils exe file and select Properties. Under the General tab, click unblock (at the bottom) if it is seen.
- Make sure the UAC option is turned off (set to Never Notify in Windows 7 settings) before running the MXO2 setup * may need to reboot
To disable UAC option or set it to Never Notify in Windows 7, please follow this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/975787
- Run Mtx.utils setup and then make sure a full reboot and power cycle is performed (after install is complete, shutdown PC, disconnect MXO2 Mini power for several seconds, reconnect power of MXO2 and then power up the PC)
- re-enable UAC option if needed

Well thank you very much for your help and it worked Smile

I have a mac book pro and i installed cs 5.5 and i would like to import a project that was opened on a windows desktop captured with matrox mxo2 LE with cs5.0.3. when i link the video it is telling me that the codec is missing. where can i download the codec please tell me what is the driver needed.

Yes I did but what codec is the best for premiere pro cs5.5 on a mac system ?

Not a Mac user, but what I saw listed for each codec download was the Mac OS it was recommended for, so I would look at that

Hi CCPROD,

To confirm, you are trying to open PC Matrox captured AVI files on a MAC system?

If so, there are no VFW AVI codecs available on the MAC platforms. There is currently only a Matrox Mpeg2-Iframe .mov codec available for MAC available through our downloads page ie. MAC OS > MPEG-2 I-frame codec.
