Hello,
we have 2 MXO family interfaces, one MXO2 and one MXO2LE.
Comparing the MXO2 and the MXO2LE directly it striked me that the 4-pin XLR power jack on the LE is much better to handle than the 4-pin Mini jack on the MXO2 regarding rugged design and "outdoor use", especially in terms of the jack's lock.
I would recommend to equip the MXO2 also with the 4-pin XLR jack in the same way as the MXO2LE. The MXO2 case should have enough space for this. I suppose the PCBs have similar layouts so this could be adapted quite easily. |

Not in the "product feature enhancements" section. This area only gets looked at when they are preparing to work on a new set of drivers or new hardware version.
Perhaps try the general discussion area?
