adobe cs 5.5.2 matrox presets

im running apple max book pro with Lion os 7.2.2 and adobe cs5.5.2. all drivers installed without any error. but after opening the premier software couldn't find the matrox presets(effects and transitions) under effects menu.I'd reffed user manuals and they mentioned that card support premier with matrox effects. so please be kindly help me to sort-out this issue.

Hi kasun,

Can you confirm which MXO2 driver you have installed? please make sure it is version 2.4. In system preferences on the mac, when you click on the MXO2 icon, does the MXO2 information show up (serial number, firmware version)? Please know that Matrox effects are only supported on the PC version of the Matrox MXO2.

if any possibility to use matrox effects on cs5 or else how can i get max features on adobe cs 5 on mac platform.??

Matrox Effects are not available in Adobe CS5.5 on the MAC platform; this is currently available on the PC platform only in Adobe software. However, you can use Adobe software effects.
