Hello All,

We apologize for those of you who are experiencing issues when trying to run A/V Tools.
Please download and use this version of A/V Tools, it should correct the problem: A/VTools
It is a stand-alone application. You do not need to use your previous version of A/V Tools. Just use this version instead.

Please let us know if there is anything else.
