Moving the missing plug-ins to the correct folders absolutely worked. I can now see my output monitor and can continue as normal.

For what it's worth, I did a clean uninstall of everything but CC 2014 and Cloud. I also did a clean and total uninstall of Matrox. I then installed 7.7.2.

Thanks for the replies, but you seemed to have missed my point. When I go to Edit > Preferences > Playback there is NO Matrox Player under Video Device list. This is my problem.
